• Insurance Authority Data Collection: Collect and compile data for Insurance Authority Quarterly Risk Assessment for each Department, ensuring meticulous adherence to regulatory standards and fostering transparency in risk governance practices.
• Guidance on Risk Register Utilization: Provide expert guidance to departments on the effective utilization of the Risk Register, facilitating the systematic identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks.
• Proactive Risk Mitigation: Offer tailored advice and recommendations to preemptively address identified risks outlined in the Risk Register and Key Risk Indicators, empowering departments to implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
• Treatment Plan Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive treatment plans aimed at addressing risks that have materialized, contributing to an effective risk response strategy.
• Client Acquisition Activities: Conduct client acquisition activities, including organizing sales pitch meetings and promoting insurance products, demonstrating proactive business development skills.
• Client Support and Follow-Up: Provide ongoing support to clients, promptly following up to address any concerns or issues, fostering strong client relationships, and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
• Contract Facilitation: Facilitate the process of insurance company contract signing and deal closure, ensuring seamless transactions and strict adherence to regulatory requirements.
