To represent IT within the Society’s business team’s by maintain a high degree of visibility within the business and attending business meetings and appropriate management forums, providing a central point of information for all related IT activities.
To represent the business needs and interests within IT, contributing to appropriate IT team, operational and development meetings.
Act as a project leader/manager, coordinating the work of both internal and external IT resources when required and assist with the prioritization of projects.
Act as financial enterprise system section manager during delegation periods.
•Interface with senior technology managers from various business areas to understand current processes, issues and data/reporting challenges in order to recommend technical solutions.
•Identifies client organization's strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of improvement.
•Elicit, analyze, document and validate detailed business and functional requirements enabling software/hardware enhancements to be developed and tested that meet client goals.
•Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.
•Work with architects and developers to ensure completeness and accuracy of the technical specifications and design, meeting business requirements.
•Develops functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
•Provide visibility to project manager on progress against approaching milestones, issues, risks and dependencies. Proactively create and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders.
•Analyze and assess the changes (all types of changes standard, minor, major and emergency … ect) impact to the IT infrastructure, application and services ensuring.
•Member of CCB (Change Control Board) and ECCB (Emergency Change Control Board) meetings.
•Coordinate and manage the release process for the approved changes.
•Participate in the testing and post implementation review for implemented changes.
•Participate in the interaction with configuration management for updating the affected configuration item.

•SADAD project manager and IT main contact; manage CRs, upgrades and new releases, coordinate, follow-up and ensuring the testing between inner parties and SADAD.
•Administrate SADAD & SIMAH B2B Gateway system; participate in development, enhancements and testing on the CRs and support on production incidents.
•SIMAH IT main contact; coordinate with inner parties, ensure the connectivity with SIMAH systems, administrate SIMAH FTS machine and SIMAH BCRS Web Application.
•Notifications Gateway application support.
•Participate in STELINK system.
•Administrate & support all SASO applications, Questionnaire end users, coordinate between them and applications developers, doing the required testing on the new releases, follow-up till go-live on production environment and support on production incidents.
•Responsible to update customers information in Laboratories system database using Toad tool.
