A. Managing and supervising the main contractor and sub-contractors to execute and deliver the project on the period of time which mentioned in contract and within the budget.
B. Assuring the project is executing based on the quality of project specifications.
C. Assuring the contactor is complying with Sabic HSE requirements.
D. Distributing of the work for discipline engineers (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and telecom).
E. Reviewing project reports (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).
F. Controlling project progress and reporting the negative areas. G. Reviewing project invoice.
H. Managing “PMT” resources.
Studying the project to understand the scope very well then doing the project plan, resources plan, procurement plan and financial plan. After that, the execution stage I monitor and control the project during this stage which is leading to the final step “testing and commission” to deliver the project.
My work was checking the customer document for issuing new permit for certain business to be utilized in legal way.
i have to manage the workforce such as scheduling job work, distribution worker and equipment depend how big is each one, controlling, testing, closing the job work and collecting the cost of each work.
