- Coordinate with the relevant authorities to meet all legal and

- Oversee all court litigation of the organization.
Act as the primary point of contact for external law firms.
- Actively participates in developing company contract
templates, handle regulatory issues such as employment/
labor law issues and monitors all aspects of procurement law.
