Responsible for all the vehicles in the center for about 200 vehicles as well the storage place, different responsibilities in this position covering the whole department beside the budgeting and the vehicles forecasting needed.
Creating the department plan for short term and long terms, follow up all the relevant requirements in the center, find the suitable training courses for the staff. Serve on PSCC Committees as required. Develops, circulates and compiles employee satisfaction surveys.
Presents results in a concise and informative manner, Responsible for supporting planning and development efforts pertaining to regularly updating Transportation policies and procedures on a regular basis, reviewing staffing manpower levels, forecasting Department spend within manpower, vehicles, spare parts and tools. Maintaining up-to-date job descriptions and ensuring that there are job descriptions for each employee on site.
Liaises with other relevant Departments in regards to associated issues which will affect the Transportation services. Assist the Head of Transportation in conducting and preparing statistical reports, research projects and a variety of correspondence.

Reviewing all policies and procedures, applying new policies related to the hospital in general through professional team with full coordination with real and active sources to be accepted by total quality management institute locally and or internationally.
Maintain The Medical Services Division (MSD), Ministry of Defense and Aviation standards for all Military Health Services (MHS) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This Standard was developed by committees under the auspices of the Total Quality Management Development Bureau, MSD, Riyadh.
Several Standards from developed countries like the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) USA, Joint Commission International Accreditation, Canadian Council of Healthcare Standards, Australian Council of Healthcare Standards, International Organization for Standardization (ISO 9002) and Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award have been used as resource materials in the development of these Standards. However, the Joint Commission International Standards have been the main basis in the development of the MSD Standards. These have further been customized to fulfill current healthcare practices and needs in the MSD, Ministry of Defense and Aviation.
As these Standards are controlled documents, all amendments, deletion and additions to these will have to go through the System Control Office under the TQM Development Bureau in MSD, Riyadh
Controlled and supervised all purchases including quotation control of goods. Ensured all purchasing procedures and requirements are followed. Effectively managed the purchasing part of (PCD) Purchasing & Contract Dept.
1. Ensured through his/her actions, directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the hospital.

7. Arranged for delivery dates and notified appropriate Medical Supply sections of due date.
8. Ensured that Departmental policies and procedures PSCC are followed.
9. Motivated departmental staff by effectively leading, directing and motivating employees to perform to the best of their abilities.
10. Conducted performance evaluation sessions to review employees performance, Conducted disciplinary meetings when appropriate, Reviewed, screened and selected employees for vacant positions within the department.
11. Served on Center committees as requested, performed other related duties as required.
Reviewing feasibility studies or creating new studies related to any project through professional team with full coordination with the real and active sources to be accepted by any bank or financial institute locally or internationally.
Manage and planning all the work related to fire fighting business, control and follow up with different clients to secure projects, design and executing the job from A-Z
Make all the work requirments in the cosmatics line of business, deal with different brands and bring to the est. multi national products from abroad as an agencies.
Look for wealth clients and do the requirments for them in favor of investments
Evaluate and check all merchants to upgrades the concerned terminals beside looking for high-income accounts, increase the income by opening new account, find out the high transactions by allocating better locations to minimize the loss
Worked on the following capacities:
1. As a Marketing Manager, worked out all the marketing strategies by releasing
advertisements, participation in exhibitions, public relation using influential contacts and key personnel, follow up new customers to introduce the products (Safety and Security items), built a solid base for the company products in the Factory, made the necessary researches and studies to promote products by arranging seminars and demonstrations.
2. As a Sales Manager, worked out all the new strategies for selling these products which are manufactured in second industrial area in Riyadh, beside another safety, and security related product as a sole agent and exclusive distributors for entire Middle East Countries and Gulf Area.
3. Evaluate and prepare tenders with a complete following up from the time of submittal until the collections of last payment. Also, maintain the budgets required for certain projects.
4. Build up all the manufacturing strategies and necessary arrangements starting from the
procurement of raw materials till the finished products were made and stored.
As Marketing and Sales Manager for Telecommunication cables, responsible for the Central
and Eastern regions. Involved in the preliminary stages of commissioning period with Saudi Cable Telecom which were in technical collaboration with “NOKIA” of Finland till the final stages of sales period by coordinating and directing the activities of Sales and marketing in regions to accomplish the sales targets fixed by the Corporate Sales Plan for selling (SCCT) and associated companies products.
Specify Sales, Marketing Plans and procedures, by conducting weekly / monthly business meetings. Maintain good public and government relations, especially with ministry of post, telegraph and telephone (MOPTT). Study the marketing strategy levels; make researches to forecast and prevail market and submitted the report to the higher management for final approvals. Monitor and keep track of the existing projects and customers, which related to the cash requirements/collection / expenses etc..
