Saud Mohammed Saeed Hareb Al Muhairi

Started as a Senior Associate in the Overseas Offices for the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Eventually in 2015, promoted to Assistant Manager to cover the German speaking markets. Currently I am the Market Lead for Germany, Switzerland & Austria. My job requires me to manage all our activities within those markets as well as manage our office in Frankfurt, Germany where we have 6 employees that report directly to me. This role is extremely diverse in terms of activities we do within the market. With the annual budget we are given, I am responsible to delegate and distribute the budget to work with our stakeholders in those markets, mainly tour operators, airlines and OTA’s. In the last 2 years I have been heading these markets, I have reached and exceeded the targets given to me for the amount of visitor arrivals in Dubai.

• Produced an advertising campaign for the facilities management company of Manazel that was placed in newspapers in Qatar.
• Regularly received training with the Oracle Database.
• Received incoming cheques for the payments of service fees, transfer fees and payments towards properties.
• Developed online pages for Manazel and our respectable FM Company Census International for property to owners to see upcoming events and deadlines in addition to be able to share their own views of the project and handling of properties.
• Reported to the COO and CFO of Manazel.

Assisted in the production of the world's largest and tallest clock tower currently being built in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.
• Assisted in directing the control of quality management. Ensured the drawings from the architects were being done in the proper manner by the production workers.
• Regularly checked measurements of new moulds that were to be used for a numerous number of clock parts on the tower.
• Created an inventory database that included every part of the clock face tower. Allowed us to know what parts had to be manufactured and which parts we had too many of.
• Prepared numerous reports that were given to superiors. Reports included comparisons of materials and costs from various companies.

• Task was to complete and finalize transfers of properties from customer to customer.
• Developed great interpersonal skills by regularly interacting with members of my team and customers on a daily basis.
• Worked with HR to create a database of the company employees and confirm which department required new recruits.
• Completed and approved necessary paper work to ensure transfers could proceed.

• Trained in different departments of DHC to get the feel of the workforce. Front desk, administration, sales and legal department. I was briefed and taken around to the respective departments and spent a week observing and assisting with various tasks that required attention in each of the respective departments.

• A 3 week course that taught us the processes of various Al-Futtaim departments including Toyota, Mazda, Honda and other manufacturing companies.
• Day to day job that taught me the process of how Al-Futtaim bought the cars, repaired and fixed, then sold for a small profit.
