Develop skills in performing stress and strain calculations/analysis to industry-recognised theories
End-to-end project management: support the research and development team from conceiving ideas to the final qualification of the product and preparation for the market
Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished-product
and system capabilities; and confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes. Collect and manage project team.
Designs mechanical and mechanical products and systems by developing and testing specifications and methods.
Evaluates mechanical and mechanical systems and products by designing and conducting research programs and applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, hydraulics, heat transfer, and materials.
Confirms system and product capabilities by designing feasibility and testing methods and properties. Track deliverables.
Plan and implement projects.
Help define project scope, goals and deliverables.
Define tasks and required resources.

Generally responsible for implementation and monitoring of all mechanical related works at site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules.
Manage directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the Mechanical work groups at site.
Plans the execution of all mechanical related works and coordinates the works to Electrical and civil groups.
Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at site.
Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
Pre-resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems at site that may arise at any time.
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all Mechanical and related works prior to execution. Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
Manage PR and IR and MIR log sheet to be updated any time
To review / assess technical specification, BOQ (Bill of Quantity)/contract documents and drawings to determine suitable vendors and suppliers.
Ability to analyze and evaluate all purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in description of material and equipment.
To review vendors and suppliers quotations to determine best price and deliver date.
Ability to prepare and issue requests for quotations to qualified vendors as per company’s approved vendor list.
To review quotations of identified technical and commercial specifications received from the vendors and suppliers and allow for value engineering solution
To prepare & issue purchase orders in accordance with selected suppliers, price and technical specifications.
Strong negotiation skills with suppliers to ensure that target prices, company’s terms and conditions are met.
Detailed planning and reporting activities related to procurement.
Prepare comparative analyses documents related to specs, price, delivery conditions and mode of transportation.
Coordinate various technical reviews with projects and end users with demonstrated ability to maintain effective working relations as a team member.
Preparing materials take off from drawing and ordered material from manufactures and suppliers.
Organic the delivery of materials and equipment needed for the project.
Preparing work plan for implementation of the projects and make sure that the progress of mechanical works go forward according to the prepared plan.
Following all the Supervisor and Foremen works at the site and solve the technical problems for them.
Coordinate the services with the Civil& Electrical Engineers at the site.
Preparing material and site inspection requests in order to get the consultant approved.
Supervise the testing and commissioning of completed works.
Preparing the progress weekly report to the project manager.
Arranging all the mechanical material submittals as per specification &consultants' instruction.
drawings preparation and checking,
Preparing Coordination Shop drawing for all the services in the site
Re designs all the CHW system in order to get the approval from the consultant
Arranging of the files correctly and all necessary follow-up of the project to complete the project on time.
Responsible in ensuring that all testing is carried out with due regard to all current, National / International Standards and Legislation and Contract Specification.
Preparing and reviewing test report and test procedure for work implementation
