• Manage and administer own portfolio of contracts in addition to other responsibilities
• Development and implementation of robust Contracting & Procurement strategies to secure third party services and materials in compliance with schedule, quality requirements and on best commercial terms.

accounts for all market capacity and capability risks and opportunities.

Accountable for the effective processing of requisitions, commercial evaluations and required negotiations, definitions of the contractual terms and conditions, implementation of effective work practice
Responsibilities:
• Processing requisitions for materials and services to meet cost, quality, and quality requirements all in accordance with Agip KCO procedures.
• Supporting user departments during preparation of requisition by verifying that requisition values, proposed scope and duration are reasonable to avoid changes to contract, that the selected Procurement Strategy is appropriate (single source, sole source or tender). Ensuring that tender evaluation criteria are clear and unambiguous.
• Selection of suitable supplier prior to tendering. Selection of terms and condition of future contract
• Preparation of Pre-Contract and Pre-Tender documentation, Sealed Bid Tender Management, Acting as a Focal point for tender clarifications.
• Ensure that all tenders are aligned for sound and fair evaluation. Preparing commercial evaluation, benchmark exercise when required
• Commercial negotiations with prospective suppliers
• Collation of Commercial and Technical Evaluations and Preparation of Contract Award Recommendations
• Review any qualifications/changes to company standard terms and conditions proposed by suppliers together with Tax, Legal, Insurance, Finance and User departments as required.
• Review payment methods, analyse price increases (especially with single source contracts) and prepare special conditions to control the price increases by applying price adjustment formulas and indices.
• Ensuring that contractual terms and conditions are defined in accordance with company requirements.
• Preparation of an Auditable File of all relevant contracts, tenders, purchase orders and all the related documentation to be available for audit trail.
• Load all the procurement process related information into SAP business system
• Overall assistance to General Manager and Deputy General Manager, verbal and written translation, meetings arrangements, preparation of agenda of Company management meetings, minutes taking
• Played a key role in developing correspondence registration, control and follow up system in the period of significant company growth and start up of large scale exploration and experimental programs. Dealt with heavy workload due to tremendous increase in flow of information both internally and externally.
• Processing all incoming communications (verbal and written) addressed to Company Top Management. Identify the urgency/importance of incoming correspondence, immediate translation of urgent information to the General Manager, register in the overall RoK Correspondence System and distribute within the Company for action or information on behalf of General Manager
• Ensuring that responses as directed by General Manager were prepared by the appointed personnel within the required deadlines and delivered on time.
• Administer official correspondence to company senior management
- Interact with other company offices to avoid duplication of company replies to local authorities and government agencies.
- Prepare Monthly Correspondence Summary Report for General Manager
- Administering all incoming correspondence follow up calls and requests
• Mentoring and assisting internal company departments in developing their departmental correspondence control system and response progress tracking.
Provided translation verbal and written English/Russian.
As a Radio Operator worked at onshore rig site and town offices. Duties included information transfer with regards to operations traffic and office management. Safety briefing to visitors, translation, office administration.
