• Processing requisitions for materials and services to meet cost, quality, and quality requirements all in accordance with Agip KCO procedures.

• Commercial negotiations with prospective suppliers
• Collation of Commercial and Technical Evaluations and Preparation of Contract Award Recommendations
• Review any qualifications/changes to company standard terms and conditions proposed by suppliers together with Tax, Legal, Insurance, Finance and User departments as required.
• Review payment methods, analyse price increases (especially with single source contracts) and prepare special conditions to control the price increases by applying price adjustment formulas and indices.
• Ensuring that contractual terms and conditions are defined in accordance with company requirements.
• Preparation of an Auditable File of all relevant contracts, tenders, purchase orders and all the related documentation to be available for audit trail.
• Load all the procurement process related information into SAP business system
