Responsible for the coordination of all project activities, starting with the concept validation, preparation of developed design/technical proposal and submittals, then handling and managing sub-consultants, and leading the Architecture and GID team.
Preparing of Concept design, graphical presentations using Photoshop, sketch up, PowerPoint, etc., finalizing architectural design intent, preparation of Authority approval documents, coordination of structures, MEP, Infrastructure and other service consultants, vendor finalization, façade details, working drawings, completion drawings/ documents, etc.
▪Harmonized with Delhi Fire office, DUAC (Delhi Urban Art Commission), NDMC (New Delhi Municipal Corporation), DPCC (Delhi Pollution Control Committee) obtaining the sanction plans from statutory authorities.
▪Instructing the design development team in preparation of technical strategies in onsite/ offshore delivery model
▪Suggesting workforce on valuable working of drawings and resolving concerned queries & doubts on time Projects:

Responsible for Preparing/ reviewing architectural IFC drawings, resolving RFIs, etc. and examining the corrective preparation & implementation of tender drawings, specifications, and estimates. Mentoring & guiding the core design team on depth acquaintance of diverse aspects of design and teamwork.
Responsible for preparation of the concept design including furniture layouts and design development, coordinating with sub consultants for all MEP services, Structure, landscape, roads, and so on.
Responsible for preparation of concept design based on the given requirements of the commercial floors and working out eight numbers of parking floors above three retail floors for further deliberations with design suggestions to the client for finalizing the design and 3D visuals/ CGIs along with sale plans with lease area calculations.
Responsible for coordination with Principal architect “Rudy omar Architects- Kuala Lumpur” for alterations in design with respect to local design requirements and building bylaws, site construction monitoring, reviewing the shop drawings and external site-services coordination.
