* Responsible for doing HACCP internal audit and it's documentation.
During my masters in food technology I completed my research project from Defence Food Research Laboratory, Mysuru on the topic ' Storage evaluation of avocado milk shake powder in different packaging materials under accelerated conditions.' I also gave one seminar on high pressure processing.
During my bachelors degree i did my in plant training in mother dairy, Delhi where i gained practical knowledge about the quality and testing of milk. I completed my research project on the topic 'Preperation and evaluation of beetroot wine.'
