❖ Statutory Compliances: Taking care of direct and indirect taxes both (TDS, GST) and
filling returns and payment of taxes
❖ Payable: Making payment to venders as per credit period and payable process
❖ Receivable: Receipts from foreign and domestic clients via NEFT, RTGS and
cheque and ensure outstanding/dues as per credit terms.
❖ Closing of Accounts: Monthly closing of books of accounts (Trial balance, PnL and
Balance sheet) and provisioning of expenses and revenue.
❖ Filling Return: Filling online TDS return, GST Return.
❖ Fund Management: Managing fund for working capital (operational expenses
and capital expenditure), regular/fixed expenses, expected expenses and
projectedincome.
❖ General Accounting: Ensure all the deliveries of day-to-day accounting making sales
invoice, feeding purchase and expenses bills and other journal entries as per task list
and TAT
❖ Government Dues: Making online payment of government dues like: GST & TDS
❖ Reconciliation: Reconciliation of bank accounts, taxes and parties’ accounts
❖ Coordination with Auditors: Assisting to auditors in statutory and internal audit.
❖ MIS: Monthly reports PnL, Balance sheet, expenses report, revenue report, customer
credit report (ageing and doubtful debts), vendor credit report (ageing and provisioning
against advance payment) Inter-company and bank making actual report.
❖ Liasioning: Liasioning with banks and government departments for filling return,
assessment and department notice/letter.
