Remedy Operations
Provide L1 support to Remedy users located across India
Create sites in Remedy as per project needs
Assist Remedy Development team in designing new template/ forms in remedy
To support project teams for extracting incident and asset report from Remedy
Remedy process Documentation
Delivering Remedy awareness training for users & customers
Monthly bases MIS report.
ATM, WWE & R-Connect Project
Working with Business team taking care of the implementation of IT solutions provided to leading corporate.
Planning and Monitoring of SD Projects and taking necessary decisions for project progress, manage materials, liaison with other departments for project status & information.
Spare router preparation and submission.
Monitor and review completed and ongoing project performance evaluation forms from customers
Preparation of consolidated Service Delivery MIS reports. Achievement of Quality Business Objectives.
Delivering results in accordance with expectations from Project Managers, Coordinating with circle leads, field Support Staff & peer teams.
SLA Management
Service Level Agreement (SLA) management for IT Delivery
Developing relationships & communication with customers & stake holders
Educating team about SLAs, customer expectation & changes if any
Tracking call logged in Call Management System (“Remedy”) and ensures that SLA is adhered.
Ensure that breaches of SLA targets are identified, investigated & take action to prevent reoccurrence
Preparing project wise expense sheet & monitoring profit margins
Present the SLA status report to the Business & handling billing related issues
