Lead / coordinate the LOSPE project team to execute the activities as per quality
procedures and in line with schedule.
• Handle the tasks of providing technical guidelines to junior staff in implementing process
safety management systems
• Review of Contract documents to understand client’s requirements and preparation of
technical queries.
• Review all LOSPE documents including philosophy, calculation, specification and drawing
before issue to client, and review document from other discipline.

Responsible for providing technical services designing fire protection and process safety
procedures
• Perform analysis and evaluation of process hazard by applying the concept of quantitative
risk assessment
• Responsible for updating new techniques and standard regulations by coordinating with
safety engineering professionals

Process Safety Studies
• Safety Studies (HAZOP / HAZID / SIL /QRA/CHAZOP) for Sagar Pragati Conversion Project
Involved in overall process safety Management studies like HAZOP, SIL & QRA.
Responsible for assisting process safety engineering staff in the evaluation and
implementation of process safety program
• Handle the tasks of providing effective support to the on-site support teams in using new
systems at the initial phase
• Perform responsibilities of ensuring that the safety review process meets the set
standard
• Performed the tasks of assisting staff in developing maintenance and operational test
procedures

during July 2011.
