The Project Coordinator is an integral member of the OE&E team responsible for delivering Engagement & Effectiveness projects of varying requests and complexity. The Project Coordinator is responsible for organizing and controlling project activities, under the direction of the OE Consultant & Director OE&E.
Coordination:
Current Project: Leadership Touch Points
• Creating the work breakdown structure for the project - hierarchical breakdown of the work to be executed by the team
• Serve as the liaison between internal/external teams and keeps all parties well-informed of plans and reports, updating risk/opportunity schedule updates. Maintenance of project documentation
• Schedule, coordinate and maintain master schedule of leadership programs, coordinates multi-day program event planning and logistics
• Capturing action items & coordinates with the Leader to identify internal champions held accountable & finally close out the loop
Data Analysis
• Roll out of pulse surveys
• Focus on the collection, analysis and manipulation of a broad range of data from the assigned projects and assist in the development of meaningful recommendations
• Compile data on program feedback by sending out quick pulses
Managed, trained and led (Clinical documentation - CID, HAAD audit flow & employee files) a team of 15 employees for a period of 4 months
Successfully organized & managed the Tawdheef 2014 & 2015 Career fair while coordinating with various departments such as Supply Chain, Finance & Marketing in order to get the stand built at the event, logistics requirements and ensuring payments were made on time
Worked with the Executive Administration to draft memos to serve as justification for utilizing a certain vendor when their agreement value seeks Board Approval
Identified and participated in continuous improvement initiatives such as building SLAs for offer approvals, raising concerns about customer satisfaction, etc.
Collaborated with the Cleveland Clinic International Business Partner to gain greater understanding of the recruitment services and align process improvements between Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi & Cleveland Clinic Foundation
Collected and compiled data in creating reports & developed surveys and gathered reports for the Leadership team. The outcome of the surveys established us to identify what is lagging and what is leading in the recruitment streams.
Coordinated with Lisbeth Claus (Well Known GPHR Trainer, one of the authors of the SHRM Books) to prepare for the GPHR examination in CCAD for 36 employees in a short period of time. Assisted Supply Chain with drafting the contract for the training

Keep up to date on changing recruitment regulation and if necessary make the team aware of the implications
Coached and assisted in development of new team members within Talent Acquisition and other HR departments. Dealt with queries from candidates, employees and hiring managers in a professional and timely manner
