Key Responsibilities include:-
• Responsible for providing daily cleaning, catering, portering and maintenance services within NHS Mental Health hospitals and dementia unit in Hackney and Haringey.
• Contract budget responsibility for £1.5million with KPI’s for controllable costs, staff retention, manning levels, monitoring, Servicetrac PDA and manual audits and rectification timescales.
• Responsible for 1 Hard FM Manager, 2 Assistant Managers, 7 Supervisors, 6 Porters and over 100 front line staff including Housekeepers, Assistant Housekeepers, Domestic Assistants, Chefs, Catering Assistants and Catering Manager.
• Managed a blood and pharmacy delivery service through a mobile Driver / Porter.
• Facilities Management Services including building and grounds maintenance, cleaning and housekeeping duties, domestic services, portering, escorting, pest control, linen plus catering / restaurant facilities.
• I have also worked as a G4S Quality, Compliance and Housekeeping Manager for building cleaning and housekeeping duties for NHS Mental Health Centre, Hospital and clinics within East, City and North London areas.
• Responsible for housekeeping of Mile End hospital wards.
• I have a good understanding of National Standards of Cleaning within NHS and also to respect patients and colleagues at work.
• Payroll and timesheets monitored using KRONOS system
• Responsible for daily cleaning of 22 NHS clinics within East and North London areas.
• Trainer for Medical Gas Safety and trained staff at 3 London hospitals.
