Dubai Canal Water Fall (RTA)
Responsible for Operation and Maintenance of Dubai Canal Waterfall in Sheikh Zayed Road and keep the system operational as per the timing given by RTA also keeping the system normal and healthy 24*7.
Responsible to carry out work as detailed in contract document/drawing or as directed by RTA Engineer or Management.
Supervising all the major activities including diving, rigging, structural inspection, BMMS reporting etc.
Raising work request to RTA in MAXIMO for approval along with method statement and risk assessment.
Preparing ‘Final Measurement’ for all approved completed work which also includes all necessary labors, tools, equipment and shop drawings which is considered as monthly payment in RTA for completed work on site.
Implementing DEFECT ANALYSIS & CORRECTIVE ACTION SYSTEM (DRACAS), RISK BASE MAINTENACE (RBM) and ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS (RCA) as per RTA policy in coordination with RTA Engineer.
Manage all waterfall operations including instrumentation and automation side which also includes programming BECKHOFF PLC using TWINCAT software and communicate with HMIs used for the operation of Waterfall.
Doing regular maintenance and inspection for all submersible pumps and LED lights in order to get smooth operation of waterfall.
Maintenance of Bridges & Highway Structures at Palm Jumeirah (Nakheel)
Responsible for Infrastructure maintenance works for bridges, tunnels, underpasses and highway roads. Reporting and detail inspection for structure elements such as expansion joints, bearings, peirs etc.
Responsible for handling cost of materials estimation, report and document tracking, project documentation, on-site project visits, agreement verification and building permit applications.
Profound understanding of contract documents and applicable standards or specification prior to execution of any job.
Palm Jumeirah Vehicular Tunnel (Nakheel)
Responsible of MEP services engineering works and systems such as Piping, Pumps, Valves and accessories, drainage goods, Ventilation, Firefighting systems, Drainage systems, and other mechanical systems related to tunnel.
Experience in the AID (Automatic Incident Detection), VSD (Video Smoke Detection) and Monitoring, CCTV, over height Vehicle Detection Systems, Dynamic Message Signs, and Lane Control Signs using SCADA master software.
Experience of tunnel automation, install and integrate lighting, emergency lighting and ventilation systems, detection of CO and NOX levels, jet fan and pumps, fire detection and extinguishing systems and fiber optic apparatus for remote control with redundant Schneider Modicon PLC working over PL 7 software integrated with Wonderware SCADA software.
Submission of NOCs as per requirement for getting approval from Government Authorities like DEWA, RTA, Trakhees, Municipality, following and coordination for NOC and work permits.

Maintenance and operation Services for all management, contracting and technical works for Tunnels maintenance works, MEP, infrastructure maintenance work, control and SCADA systems build in Schnider PLC control unit.

1) Expertise in maintenance/troubleshooting/repair activities such as heavy industry switches gears, main, sub and final electrical distribution board.
2) Technical capability in the maintenance of I/O modules, AS-I module & field bus, monitors the network with the use of SCADA and CCTV systems.
3) Configuring and troubleshooting of S7 400 and S7 300 Siemens PLC, Interface module, SIEMENS VFD, Soft Starters drive units, Communication modules and field bus using tools.
4) Analyzing the faults & troubleshooting the field control devices (proximity switches, photocells, scanners, inductive read/write heads etc.
5) Ensure Safe workplace atmosphere and provide risk analysis, training, system analysis, and improvements, manage, assist and coordinate with all aspects
Responsible of assuring optimization of the maintenance organization structure, estimation of maintenance costs of eqiupments and evaluation of alternatives forecasting of spare parts furthermore assessing the needs for equipment replacements and establish replacement programs when due, assessing required maintenance tools and skills required for efficient maintenance.Performing supervision on a 24/7 manufacturing unit on the work of the electricians.Performing preventive maintenance and overhauling of electrical controls systems electrical systems, medium/high voltage motors, generators and electrical distribution systems
