2. University Training at Eastnets Company (In the HR Department) from \[1/8/2010\] to \[10/1/2011\].

-Training Agenda concentrates on:

1. Prepare and maintain/ updates employee files.
2. Prepare and Post vacancy, in addition to add, collect and shortlist resumes, schedule and attend jobs interviews, develop comparison sheets for and interviewed candidates, submits recommendations.
3. Prepare Job Offers and Employment Contacts
4. Send Announcement e-mail, as per company announcement E-mail Template, to all local office employees
5. Ensure that a soft record for the new employee is created in the HRIS, a hard copy file is created (Payroll forms, Insurance forms, etc) and concerned organization charts are updated accordingly.
6. Ensure that new recruits get HR Induction and were provide necessary reading materials (Hard or Soft) like Employee`s Directory, Handbook, Manual etc..
7. Ensure that new Employee get Departmental Induction during the first week of employment and that the new employee`s supervisor did physically escort and introduce to the department team.
8. Ensure that the job description was reviewed, explained, and discussed with the new employee within the first 2 weeks of employment and that a signed copy by both employee and supervisor is filled in the employee`s personal file. If no job description exists or needs update ensure that a job description is developed or updated.
9. Ensure that a probation period evaluation form is developed and discussed with the employee showing a comparison between the employee`s competencies levels measured against the job`s required competencies levels.
10. Manage employee`s Business and Personal Leaves ensuring that update leave plan exists for each department.
11. Conduct Exist interviews with the Separated employees.
12. Monitor Employee`s time and attendance, and submit monthly time sheet, to the Payroll accountant or 3rd party payroll agency
