The main duties in this new post are:
 Receiving and compiling instrumentation related Materials purchase requisitions for the whole of QP’s oil field operations.
 Selecting appropriate Suppliers and generating Request For Quotation (RFQ).
 Performing initial Tech evaluations and forwarding technical bids to be technically evaluated by the End-Users if need to.
 Coordinating technical clarification between suppliers and End-Users.
 Commercial evaluation of received bids
 Place orders or perform commercial negotiation with suppliers followed by recommendation to the Tender Committee.
 Generating purchase orders (PO) taking in consideration all the various technical and commercial factors.
 Liaising with inspection Division ensuring proper certificates are included with materials deliveries
 Liaising with expediting and shipping divisions ensuring the timely delivery of materials.
