Gas Network System Optimization:
1. Collected and developed a list of Titas Gas Transmission & Distribution Company Ltd (TGT&DCL)

2. Supported the simulation impacts on hydraulic capacity and develop list of opportunities
3. Prioritized nodes on pipeline model and visit top priority locations
4. Developed/updated the gas network drawings (P&ID, network drawing) including future projects
5. Supported network simulation/modeling to estimate impacts on network capacity for all on-going and future expansion projects

Developing the three new well pads and surface facilities installation under the Bibiyana Drilling Program (Project cost is about US$ 110 M)
Project Management

1. Submit FE progress reports for respective projects by month end including monthly update of cost and schedule estimates
2. Follow CPDEP process for all projects at each phase or have a DRB approval for deviations
3. Follow fit-for-purpose OA for all projects, acceptable OA score at end of each phase, including score in all DSPs
4. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk mitigation plan (RMP) for CHESM on all contracts
5. Ensure that engagement meetings, Interim Reviews and End of Contract Evaluations are completed, reviewed and documented per CHESM process
6. Maintain all green lights in the CHESM Contract Owner Responsibility Log,
Procurement Management

2. 3. Manage Panalphina Expeditor & their report: Schedule weekly meeting with Expeditor & review report in detail;
4. Understand site logistics: Make quarterly trip to Field;
5. Develop a process/procedure for review ( delivery documents - QA/QC, tax, schedule etc.) of all PO before bid-out
6. Develop an approved vendors list for BPC (foreign & local)

Local Logistics Tracking
7. Tracking of all materials through the Chevron system and external: Schedule 2 training sessions with local logistics group; Input all local logistics forecast dates in the Expediting report; Obtain JDE Database Access- to collect data for expediting report
8. Understand in country logistics: Develop resource list - Chittagong & Dhaka
9. Expedite materials through customs: Call customs directly to expedite materials with logistic dept approval
10. Expedite materials while in transit from Chittagong/Dhaka to site: Make 1 trip to Chittagong and arrange with logistic lead

Expediting Management
11. Consistent Correspondence with vendors: Schedule & lead weekly meetings with current LLI and bulk material suppliers,
QA/QC Management
12. Arrange TPI inspectors with Moody Intertek/SGS: Coordinate with inspectors 1 to 2 times per week. Contact Abie Mathew to schedule Moody inspector 14 business days before each inspection; Track & review all inspection reports; Handle all QA/QC issues
13. Develop Project QA/QC Schedule & Tracker Sheet as per chevron approved supplier’s ITP

Cost Management
