• Preparing, Maintaining, updating and controlling the project plan.
• Reviewing, maintaining and controlling the project budget.
• Building, Managing and guiding the project team to execute with acceptable quality
all required activities to achieve the required deliverables as per the project
approved baselines.
• Provide the required technical support whenever required.
• Build and maintain proper communications with all the project stakeholders.

• Leading, managing and guiding the construction team to executed the MEP work
as per indicated on the project baseline (Scope, schedule and Budget).
• Managing, monitoring and controlling the work execution and progress and tack
any proactive action to avoid any violation from the project baselines.
• Preparing material delivery schedule and following up with suppliers tell
delivery on the desired time.
• Updating the project progress reports.
• Communicate with the consultant to solve any technical conflicts.
• Reviewing the project shop drawings to check the validity of construction and to
confirm that it is matching with the project scope and codes/basics of work.
• Preparing manpower histogram for the whole project and matching it the
project budget and company polices.
• Updating the monthly payment based on the project execution progress to be
submitted to the owner for approval.
