In charge of the foreign purchasing and importation.
- Issuing the P.Os due to productions requirements and planning requests.
- Confirming the shipping and payment method with the suppliers.
- Analyze prices, delivery time, quality species and payment terms to meet the
company requirements.
- Work closely with finance dep. for payments arrangements of our suppliers and
forwarders, and the other bank matters and issues.
- Coordinating with sales, planning and warehouse departments, assuring the well
receipt of materials matching the requested quantities and specifications.
- Following up and supervise all of the import process and shipments movements
from supplier’s location up to our warehouse.
- Applying the suitable incoterms, LC conditions and insurance, considering the
bank/customs regulations and procedures, handling the shipping cost,
agents/forwarders and brokers performance to optimize benefit and reduce cost.
- In charge of land and the ocean export process and handling.
- Working with the new ACI customs system.
