Job Tasks:

1. Entering the customers details in the system name, a/place of issues & amount, currency &other transaction details etc.
• After entering the details redirecting the customer to the payment against his amount to be remitted

• Reconcile own cash box against actual transaction at the end of the day

• Handling Customer Complaints
• Western union, EZETOP, EZREMIT, DOHA QATAR and other services
• Responsible for initial customer contact, understanding customer requirements
• Providing customer service helping with processes to walk-in customers, telephone calls assisting with queries.
