Responsible to provide a professional and a guest focused service to our guests ensuring satisfaction through maximum recognition and attention. Being the first support for problem solving for all sorts of problems that might occur to guests in the Veranda. * Supervises and directs Veranda Cafe Personnel.
* Monitors appropriate standards of conduct, uniform, hygiene and appearance of staff.
* Monitors cashiering activities (Micros) & Cashiers according to the Hotel's Standards.
* Provides functional assistance and direction to all departments.
* Monitors and controls expenses incurred in the department.
* Supervise cashiering activities during shift.
* Supervise and monitors if standards are followed and achieved.
* Accurately and promptly fulfills guest requests and anticipate needs.
* Handle guest complaints and refer problems to the manager in charge.
