-Back up and Monitor Customer databases in SQL servers.
-Create daily, weekly and monthly back-ups.
-Install and Configure Optimum ERP System in the cloud and on customer site using IIS and SQL
server.
- Maintaining the Avaya IP phones system.
-Configure network devices ( cisco layer 3 4500, cisco Layer 2 2960POE switch and Sonicwall firewall).
-Configure the SAN Storage .
-network cabling & trunking.
- Maintaining the entire hardware system.
-Configure and maintain WHM linux web hosting service.
-Update systems as necessary.
My daily duties are:
- Administering Active Directory.
-Maintain the file sharing server.
-Configure Emails for the users and backup when deemed necessary.
- install and configure Printers to the network.
-Patching rj45 cables whenever needed.
- Solving any end user problem with the pc or connectivity to the network.
- making calls to the authorized dealers to buy products or to schedule a maintenance ( Laptops, pc,
servers, printers, toners, etc).
-Backing up the server to cloud storage service.
