• Responsible globally for Sales & New Business Development.

• Responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of international tradeshows with the host country business partner or independently as needed.
• To Develop and maintain professional contacts with consultants, customer, international marketing representatives and original equipment manufacturers.
• To develop new channel partners in all the Target geographies.
• To prepare action plans for individuals as well as for team for effective search for international sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate international markets.
• Creates and conducts proposal presentations to dealers, customers & internal staff.
• Insures that all international sales personnel meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.

•Interaction with all the decision makers including Top Management of the Customers involving GM, VP, Director and “C Class Executives
•Developing, managing and growing intimate, customer-centric relationships with customer base across India.
•Leading all customer contractual negotiations, providing market guidance for pricing strategies, and engaging actively with Demand Signal Alignment process.
•Creating and executing a robust business plan each year.
•Carrying out effective research & intelligence into competitor products & other trends.
•Regularly interfacing with key cross-functional areas such as Customer Service, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Operations ensuring customer requirements are met.
•Identifying, developing and executing new business development strategies and tactics.
•Creating and maintaining a multi-year strategic road map to grow business profitability within India.
