• Responsible for Repairs & Maintenance of Batching Plant. Also, to coordinate with the concerned for
smooth Operation of the Plants in all branches (Abu Dhabi & Dubai).
• Responsible for the operation, repairs & maintenance of all equipment’s in all branches (Abu Dhabi
& Dubai).
• Allocating duties & assignments to the down-line. Also, to verify that the Workmen Log Book
(Register) are updated and correctly made.
• Daily Maintenance and Periodical Maintenance are carrying on time. Also, all maintenance tasks for
completing on time.
• Doing Internal Calibration as per company guideline on time. The copy of Calibration report is
sending to the concerned.
• All reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports) are sent to the concerned with all the required
details.
• Furnishing the details in Job Card & Equipment History Card regularly.
• Analyzing failures and taking preventive action.

• Total maintenance and management of machineries like Batching plant, Ice plant, Chiller, Generator,
Air compressor, Water treatment plant, Weigh Bridge and So On.
• Planning, Installing, Modifying and Maintaining plant facilities, systems and equipment.
• Scheduling maintenance and repair for machinery and equipment.
• Providing and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, control, calibration and automation for
supporting plant operations.
• Monitoring plant equipment for improving performance and standards Calibration of plant
weighing system and other weighing system (Weigh Bridge) related to Batching plant.
• Estimation and planning of engineering spares and consumables.
• Ensuring safety and health environment by correcting unsafe conditions.
• Preparing documents related to ISO and Municipality requirements.

Maintenance of transformers (132/33 KV and 33/11 KV), Circuit breakers, CTs, PTs ETC. Operation and
maintenance of control panel, LV panel and DB ETC.
 Termination of control cable of Transformer, Panel, C.T, P.T. ETC.
 Supervise and Monitor all activities of installation, Testing and commissioning for the proper Workmanship
and applicable standards.
 Executing in cable laying of HT cables, switch yard, control panel connections, instrumentation works and HV
Testing of cables ETC
 Maintaining various records such as monthly operation reviews, daily log sheet, different registers ETC.
 Arranging BOQ material for the smooth execution of work & RA Bill Preparation on MS-Excel.

Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 3-Phase Induction Motor, PCC, MCC, MLDB, SLDB.
 Installation of Lighting System and their respective circuits. Supervise and Monitor all activities of
installation, Testing and commissioning for the proper Workmanship and applicable standards.
 Checking of Sub Contractor and sub vendor bills during execution of project as well as maintenance.
 Making shift schedule, Responsible for handle shift independently.
