•Major project coordination, government relation management Initiate, justify, plan, organize, coordinate, implement and commission airport improvement projects to ensure that HIA achieve its targets in both level of services and OTP.
• Create and communicate with key stakeholder's day-to-day decisions, priorities and relevant project information.
• Lead the business process redesign and documentation as needed for the new initiative or change managements.
• Represent the Department within the HIA Management for all special projects and launch trial activities and recommend required action in order to achieve project objective
• Develop and Facilitate the workshops to understand Operational process and make recommendation to improve processes
• Regularly evaluate the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures and practices, and makes appropriate changes if needed.
• Development and continuous improvement of Hold Baggage Screening System.
• Lead the business process redesign and documentation as needed for the new initiative or change managements
• Execution and planning of multiple airport Projects
• Represent HIA BH within the HIA Management for all special projects
• Lean and Improvement of process within the baggage handling operation department
• Implementation of emergency protocols within the baggage area as defined in the SOP.
• Production of statistical report, analyses report for senior management team.
• Preparation of baggage forecast, resources planning and complex baggage statistical data
• Training, guiding and coaching of new joiners.
• Refined the allocation and planning of baggage handling resource usages for efficient baggage handling operations.
• Study and escalate risks and/or operational deficiencies.
• Improvement and implementation of effective solutions for safe baggage handling operations.
• Monitoring of outsourced contractors’ staff and performance including time and attendance and service levels.
• Proactively locate improvement opportunities in the baggage handling process and implement solution for smooth baggage screening process.
• Maintenance planning and maintenance management of large scale Baggage Handling system
• Coordination with airport security, MOI and customs in the Hold Baggage screening (HBS) process.
• Preparation of operational work instructions for the baggage handling staff.
• Ensure safe, efficient and smooth baggage operation in the assigned area including all baggage handling equipment and systems and ancillary facilities.
• Support to the execution of agreed regular maintenance activities in accordance with BHS and in line HBSS provider guidelines.
• Coordination /Support to Operations Department staff in the resolution of BHS technical and procedural problems including coordination with Police and Customs.
• Ensure production of incident reports, shift reports, statistical reports and safety reports for HIA management team.
• Generate, compile and consolidate baggage handling operations and maintenance shift statistical data reports for troubleshooting and planning purpose.
• Development and implementation of quality control systems.
• Quality control of the company’s products and services to the customers.
• Assist management with the development of Quality Program Plan(s) and subsequent revisions
• Assist in defining/developing KPI’s indicators, performance measurements and reporting requirements.
• Participation with the quality management team as observer to the internal company audits.
• Analyze defects and take action to address customer complaints
