We are a medical company that introduce a third party administration TPA service for other companies in many sectors those companies are willing to use our medical network in each Governorate, in the operation department i responsible for build and receiving the medical contract we are already signed and add it to the medical software then the importance role is issuing the medical cards that will help the employees in the insured companies to be benefited from our services, without the card they can't get the service, it's a critical role when we receive the contract as a datasets from the companies, these data must processed and manipulate to build the contract from the scratch, next role is to make the phone calls to review and help the customer to understand our service, building and preparing some reports to the top management as a financial cost for the companies to make sure that those contracts are profitable, other important report is following the number of the companies to analyze and make a decisions about develop, enhance our medical network and attract more customers .

Delta RS is a big retail company that run multiple companies under it's name like mobile shop, computer shop, Compume, smart homes, RadioShack, and recently added LG franchise to be the only official distributor, hold the brand name of LG electronics, i worked as a sales adviser in smart homes our main products were home appliances to be one of the main competitor in the home appliance retail sector in Egypt, i was responsible for apply many sales operations and instructions to attain the store's target, handling customers one of my major role by control the entire sales process that will make the customers find what they want, one of importance role that i learned is how to apply the cross selling Technic by make area management for the store, to help in reach to target and the ability to convince customers to buy another products they need, run a store with receiving and handling store warehouse is a critical role i was receiving new products from the main warehouse and make a reports to accomplish this process accurately and prevent stockpiling, handling such products need a proficiency in dealing with a specialized sales software i was dealing with a visual dolphin software this help me to enhance generating sales reports for the operation department, and reviewing stock and revenue .
