Building, Leading Implementing, Maintaining and improving Business Continuity Management System (BCM) in line with National Standard NCEMA 7000:2021 and International Standard ISO22301:2019 and international best practices, such includes but not limited to the followings:
1. Conduct gap analysis and identify the gaps to comply with defined standards

• Develop and manage the HSEQ Department strategic plan and link it to overall company strategic plan / vision, mission and values

• Develop/Review the company HSEQ Rules, Procedures and Work Instruction

• Manage updating the IMS in according to new developed standard (OHSAS18001-2007 and ISO 9001:2008)

My work is to build up, Implement and continual improvement of the company HSEMS (Health, Safety & Environment Management System) which cover Elements, Processes, manual, HSE Policy, objectives, Procedures " Emergency response Plan, PTW procedures, Hazard ID and risk assessment, Incident reporting and investigations, etc." and to implement the system according to OHSAS18001 and ISO 14001 Standards, in additional to Normal daily duty of HSE engineer like routine inspection and checking the company activities as well as the contractors activities, attend the plant daily meeting for discussing all HSE issue to the to management, conduct HSE training for company and contractors, prepare a monthly HSE report. and measure HSE performance, conducting HSE Audits (acording to ISO14001 and OHSAS18001)
Upgrade the ISO14001 - 1996 to ISO14001-2004.
Buiding HSE Management System Inadditional to the Normal Job of Safety Engineer which is mentioned in ADWEA
3. ACTIVITIES IN (ADWEA) WATER & ELECTRICITY AUTHORITY ABU DHABI:
1- IN (WED) ABU DHABI POWER STATION FOR OCT. 1994 TO MAR. 1995 AS A FIRE FIGHTING SUPERVISOR MY WORK WAS BOTH OPERATION & MAINTENANCE THE ALL FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS AND SUPERVISING THE FILLING EXTINGUISHER PLANT.
2- IN AL TAWEEAH POWER STATION FROM MAR 1995 TO NOW AS A SAFETY AND FIRE FIGHTING SUPERVISOR MY WORK IS SUPERVISING SAFETY AND FIRE FIGHTING WORK,
MY WORK IS SUPERVISION THE OPERATION, MAINTENANCE AND TESTING OF ALL FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS, AS FOLLOWING:
· FIRE FIGHTING CONTROL PANELS (MINIMAX FMZ 3000).
· HALON AUTO EXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS.
· CO2 AUTO. WXTINGUISHING SYSTEMS. (LOW PRESSURE & HIGH PRESSURE SYSTEMS).
· WATER SPRAY SYSTEMS.
· WATER SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
· FORM SYSTEMS.
· OPERATION AND TEST OF ALL FIRE FIGHTING PUMPS AND FIRE HYDRANTS.
· OPERATION OF THE CCTV. SYSTEMS.
ALL THIS MAINTENANCE AND TEST WORK AS PER THE AMERICAN NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION ASSOCIATION (NFPA) STANDARD.
3- I AM AUTHORIZED TO REQUEST THE PERMIT TO WORK (PTW.) FOR RECIVING AND CANCELING THE PTW. AND ALSO ISSUE THE HOT WORK PERMIT FOR ANTHER MAINT. SECTIONS AS PAR AS ADWEA. SAFETY ROLES.
4- ATTEND THE POWER STATION DAILY MEETING TO CO-ORDINATE MEASURE AND POWER STATION SAFETY REQUIREMENTS.
5- PREPARE THE REQUIRED SPARE PARTS FOR THE FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS.
6- MAKING THE MONTHLY REPORT.
a) MAINTENANCE THE FOAM AND SPRING MACHINES.
b) SUPERVISING THE PRODUCTION AND MAKING THE PRODUCTION REPORTS.
c) MAINTENANCE THE FIRE FIGHTING EQUIPMENT .
d) MAKING TRAINING COURSES IN FIRE FIGHTING TO THE STAFF.
a) PREPARE THE ENGINEERING DRAWING FOR METAL CASTING DIES .
b) FOLLOW UP THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS WORK IN THE WORKSHOP.
c) SUPERVISING THE METAL CASTING WORK.
d) MAKING THE CASTING SANDS TESTS.
