• Participate in development of ESIA for BP projects according to Egyptian regulations and best practices.
• Assist the region progress the Sustainability and Carbon agenda.
• Manage social accountabilities and associated programs and risk/impact reduction measures and coordination of all related activities in various bp sites.
• Contribute to the activities necessary to Manage Environmental and Social Performance.

- Management of compliance with local and international regulations and standards with regard to safety and environmental protection.

The actual working title and responsibilities for the health, safety and Environment experience differ on each project, but the typical basic activities are:

• Coordinate the HSE measure plan adopted by Subcontractors during the construction stage to handle all related issues at site to fulfill the HSE requirements.
• Identify and specify all HSE requirements aimed at protecting human life and avoiding environmental impact.
• Coordinate the Site Emergency plans, Elements and Requirements.
• Furnish technical assistance on HSE problems.
• Check subcontracts application of all specified HSE requirements, rules and regulations.
• Hold weekly site HSE meetings with the concerned parties during the construction stage and record minutes of meeting.
• Prepare and issue HSE reports and records, as well as ensure issuing of Subcontractors reports.
• Check periodically Subcontractor’s equipment from safety point of view.
• Participate in regeneration and regularly updating the HSE instructions as required.
• Full awareness and implementation of the requirements of the Quality Management System.
