Ensure that all controlled Quality documents related to the Sales are maintained to the latest issue, and that these documents are made available at all locations where operations essential to the effective functioning of the Quality Management System are performed
Maintains and enhances customer services by organizing and evaluating service and delivery systems and procedures; supervising staff
Responsible for driving results by providing direction, support and guidance to the sales team in the areas of sales, revenue generation and cost control
Responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to customers through the daily managing hiring, motivating, recognizing and rewarding, coaching, counseling, training and problem solving. Additionally, responsible for assisting manager with development, analyses, implementation of staffing, training, telemarketing, scheduling and reward/recognition programs.
Involve getting the best out of my staff to provide customers with the best experience possible and taking charge leading a team is my main responsibility. I have to supervise and motivate my team to make sure customers are handled in a friendly, useful and professional way. It is equally important for me to build knowledge and understanding of products and policies. This can then be passed on to my staff.
High performance is the key to any business and as Team Leader I would play a vital role in helping the business run smoothly. I will organize my team and its workload and make sure performance is kept to a high standard. My workload would involve delegating tasks, monitoring the team's performance, helping their training and development, completing paperwork and handling customer’s complaints.
Providing the necessary support to the field sales team by becoming the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company.
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. May also train and supervise lower-level clerical staff.
