• Developed the Grievance Redressal web portal and conceptualized Bangla Sahayata Kendra (BSK) mobile application through UX Research
and designing service blueprint of module concepts & continuous feedback from all involved stakeholders to improve usability among
users with the development team. BSK handles around 100, 000 e-transactions per day.
• Part of a special task force involving the top State officials for managing 3 million stranded migrants during the Covid-19 lockdown for
monitoring and supervision of their homecoming, traveling back, and possible re-employment process in the state post return.
• Designed interactive tools for customer research, business model innovation, and brand story for early-stage start-ups ranging from tourism, e-commerce, waste management, and FnB.
• Facilitated multiple workshops for teaching techniques for implementation of design tools for better-understanding customers, evaluating outcomes of qualitative research, creating a culture of innovation at their organizations, and using rapid piloting methods to evaluate business ideas.
