Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
* Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
* Check mechanical systems of generators to ensure functionality.
* Plan and oversee all repair and maintenance activities.
* Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
* Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
* Keep maintenance logs and report on weekly and monthly activities.
* Ensure health and safety policies are complying within ISO.
* Control of personnel in transport department of all projects at Jubail
and bringing the number to 200 employees (Supervisors, Mechanics,
operators, drivers)
Projects:
Working in The Royal Commission Projects in Jubail Area Such as:
1 - Construction Villas of district Jalmuda.
2 - Construction Mosque of district Jalmuda.
3 - Construction of buildings in the Defense Ministry (Base 1 and 2).
4 - Construction of Administration building of the University of Jubail.
5 - Construction of Jubail City Center Facilities.
Working Purpose:
*To define the stages for the planning and implementation of maintenance
activities for Company Assets or clients.
* Maintenance procedures of main workshop by the code.
*Design maintenance plan for all equipment in the projects mentioned
above.
* Handling the maintenance work at site & sending weekly reports.
* Achieving the daily, weekly and monthly maintenance activities
for all working equipment.
* Executing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all the
equipment
* Ensuring that the spare parts are available inside the warehouse
through a weekly checkup to decrease down time.
Maintenance and repair of: -
1) Heavy duty equipment such as: -
(Bulldozer - Excavator - Wheel loader- Motor grader)
2) Road equipment such as: -
