ii. WIDENING / IMPROVEMENT OF ROAD FROM BEER TO KALANGIR ON HARIPUR - CHAPPAR ROAD SECTION OF PROVINCIAL HIGHWAY (17 KM), Project Cost: 1401.00 million PKR.
iii. IMPROVEMENT & REHABILITATION OF PARACHINAR TARIMANGAL ROAD (23-KMS) DISTRICT KURRAM KOHAT DIVISION, Project Cost: 699.175 million PKR.

Job Responsibilities
 Reviewed Procurement of Consultants and Contractors as per standard guidelines and assessed Contract agreement of Consultants & Contractors.
 Reviewed PC-II, PC-I, design documents and Technical Sanction as per standards.
 Monitored quality and progress of Earth work, Road work, Structure work and Ancillary work.
 Checked the Quality Tests on different items like bricks, bitumen, water bound macadam, sub base material, steel and concrete etc. as per given Technical Specifications.
 Reviewed Contractor schedules for project compliance requirements and Engage with Contractors to develop delivery, recovery, and mitigation plans.
 Detailed schedules with resource/cost loading at the activity level.
 Reviewed Implementation of deliverable-based progress measurement model and coordinate with Leads to maintain periodic updates.
 Reviewed Earned Value Management techniques to evaluate schedule and cost performance metrics.
 Reviewed weekly updates of Earned Value Analysis dashboard at the project and Sector level.
 Construction Support: Review, check and evaluate Contractors’ schedule of works. Monitor the work progress, and compared to the accepted program of work.
 Prepare weekly and/or monthly progress reports covering the status of construction projects.
 Variation Orders regarding: Change of Transmission Line from Single Circuit to Double Circuit and Additional works in Tunnel (Approved through Arbitration), Culverts & retaining structures, earthwork in roads etc.
 EOT Claims, Escalation Claims & Variation Orders throughout the entire project
 Cost Claims: Cost claims of EPC contractor against EOT-01, 02&03and additional cost due to change in Dollar Exchange Rate (Dollar Parity)
 Detailed Program schedule, Cash Flow Curves, Progress Curves, Manpower Histogram and Equipment Histogram Primavera and MS Project.
 Project Cost Controlling through Earned Value Analysis in Primavera & MS Project.

Consultants: Electra Consultants in association with Technical, Engineering & Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd, Lahore & CIV-TECH Associates, Peshawar
Project Cost: 4378 million PKR. (4.378 billon PKR.)
Job Responsibilities
 Reviewed and rationalized EPC Bidding Documents, Bill of Quantities and Drawings
 Drafting Consultancy agreements, Contract agreements, Letter of acceptance (LOA), contractual letters, amendments to the contracts, variation orders and any other contractual documents.
 Negotiate contract details with Consultant/Contractor for a successful award of contract.
 Finalized contract agreement with the consultants.
 Reviewed and rationalized Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Project methodology
 Preparing Critical Paths (CPM) in MS Project with optimum resources.
 Reporting Progress, comparing actual with the targeted progress and presenting it to the PD.
 Conducting site visit for checking the feasibility level study carried out by the consultants.
 Develop and maintain detailed deliverable lists for each design project in coordination with Project Director.
 Implement a deliverable-based progress measurement model and coordinate with Leads to maintain periodic updates.
 Utilized Earned Value Management techniques to evaluate schedule and cost performance metrics.
 Maintain weekly updates of Earned Value Analysis dashboard at the project and Sector level.
 Review, check and evaluate Contractors’ schedule of works. Monitor the work progress, compare to the accepted program of work and report to the Project Director.
 Reviewed and analyzed out Technical Evaluation of bids and Bid evaluation report.
 Random site visits for checking whether the work is carried out as per quality and design.
 Attend meetings (both internally and externally) and discuss/present schedule/progress related matters.
 Assessed EOTs and Variation Claims of the Contractors throughout the entire project.

Job Responsibilities
• Negotiate contract details and offer solution strategies to department for a successful award of contract.
• Preparing Inception report, PC-1 document and Bidding/tender documents and technical sanction.
• Carrying out Technical Evaluation of bids, preparing comparative statements of contractors, preparing Bid evaluation report & presenting ultimately to the client.
• Participated in arbitration regarding change of soft to hard strata worthing Rs. 70.00 million.
• Carrying out procurement of Services as per standard practice.
• Review and determine entitlement and/or costing of claims of the contractor including but not limited to prolongation cost claims, idling claim, Delayed Payment and design changes claim etc. (PKR 400 million)
