Store Operations Prepare the weekly work allocation plan, assign responsibilities to the staff, monitor task completion as per schedule and scrutinize the daily activity reports. Monitor the issue of material, track and identify patterns in the material movement, and notify the management in case of irregularities to ensure availability of material in adequate quantities for uninterrupted operations. Conduct physical stock checks, raised requisitions for purchase, receive, inspect and store materials supplied by vendors, and review invoices to process third-party payments. Handle store / warehouse documentation and paperwork, supervise data entry tasks and generate reports for review during management committee meetings. Team Management Lead the store staff to ensure completion of daily tasks as per assigned KRAs, mentor and motivate teams to encourage superior performance and meet sales targets, and chair daily opening and closing huddles to discuss the day’s work. Administer health, safety and personnel security guidelines and discipline non-compliant employees. Organize coaching sessions to provide product training, material handling guidance, impart customer service etiquettes and build team spirit; train the staff to identify shop-lifters to safeguard the financial objectives of the company. Customer Service Communicate with customers visiting the store, gather shopping requirements, provide product information to assist buyers in selecting products, and ensure exceptional end-to-end buying experience. Collect customer feedback, analyze customers’ responses to brand availability, interaction with sales staff and overall shopping experience, and communicate key findings to the senior management for further recommendations. Register customer complaints regarding quality of products and customer service, offer management approved solutions to address customer dissatisfaction.
