Site Surveys
Study schematics of all types of control and protection panels and extract information of the installed switchgear, protection relays, transformers and load measurement CT/VT circuits (Siemens, ABB, Sprecher Energy, Schnieder Electric, Alstom, Siemens AG, Russian and Chinese Switchgear).
Troubleshoot Protection & Instrumentation faults
Generate substation reports and room layouts
Propose suitable locations according to the available space
Design
Design of adaptation works schematic drawings and interfacing with RTU C264
CT/VT connections for measurement transducer’s input, Circuit breaker and tap changer remote control through RTU
Status indication for switchgear and protection signals from protective relays of transmission lines and transformers
Generate wiring files, cable lists and material estimation
Installation
Oversee adaptation material installation work in substations
Technical and managerial support to a team of 8 to 10 technicians, mechanical foremen and helpers.
Installation of RTU C264, PLC Micom T390, 48 V DC Chargers, and adaptation materials including relays, terminal blocks, transducers and cable lying
Point to point Test of adaptation works to the LUI
End to end tests
Protocols : Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, Profibus, OPC, IEC61850
Firmware installation, Database update
Connection of Local User interface, , Parameter adjustment of E-Terra GUI for LUI, Remote maintenance using MICOM C264 CMT
Hardware and software troubleshooting and quality assurance
Process Connection and Testing
Process connection of the installed material with the customer’s existing system during shutdowns.
Connecting RTU with Power line carriers and SDH using Protocols IEC 60870-5/101 and 104

Installation Checks
Functional tests and settings on chargers to ensure they maintain their float and boost mode characteristics
Battery bank capacity test at an approved discharge rate
Troubleshooting and parameter adjustment during the commissioning process using PPVIS CIS
Writing reports for daily alarm signals Keeping track of equipment in the inventory Hardware replacement at site including rectifiers, BTS, Microwave indoor and outdoor unit. Remote alarm monitoring. Software up gradation.
