Manager of a team of 35-40 personnel between 3 warehouses; Commemorative Coin, Circulating Coin and Central Stores and 8 buyers. Responsible for setting action plans, Continuous Improvement (CI) processes and resource planning activities against business management objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA), purchase orders, Bills of Materials and sub-contractor services.
Main procurement system monitoring, cloud based vendor activity management, analytical reporting direct to board members using up to date standards, tools and current working instructions

Managed the development and implementation of Material Management for; BP Badra, Veolia Cataloguing, Gazprom and other oil companies within the Middle East. Deliverables included; File upload sheets, Master Material lists, Bill of Materials, Min/Max recommendations, SPIR (Spare Parts Interchangeability Records) analysis and recommendations, spares and repairs analysis, APT and Reporting Structures and Logistical and Supply Chain Recommendations, TOR’s, Working Instructions covering all warehousing operations.
Interface with technical projects and procurement teams within the business line, sustained and developed the business through business development support and technical sales effort.
Using my experience, I have worked closely with procurement teams to issue instructions and special requirements to clients and vendors.
Management of asset transfer from infrastructure affairs capital projects including;
compliance checks for asset inventory data, asset tagging, warranty, spares and
O&M manuals ensuring that the respect of projects requirements and constraints were met.
Asset adoption risk review and investment analysis prior to formal hand over of
any assets from a third party
Generation and maintenance of annual demand and task volume profiles from three to
five-year plans
Generation and maintenance of optimised twelve weekly plans for production and
operations including coordination of capital delivery activities

Managed up to 40 warehouse, logistics and purchasing personnel.
Maintained and implemented master records of all 400 station inventories and stock management, procurement activity, identification of pre agreements, project agreements and master agreements. All H&S contractual obligations on oil and gas sites, predominantly brown field.
Management of all training activity, inspection and testing planning methodologies.
Managed and checked all associated paperwork for the issue and receipt of materials.
Prepared and processed annual stocktaking of all equipment held on site inventory.
Created BoM (Bill of Material) for the modification of the A/C fleet and updated them as new items and process requirements were found.
Assigned assembly and sub-assembly level spares including specialised fuel rigs.
Standardization of spares with development and modification of specialised oil and gas equipment.
Developed and advised on the use of master material data management and materials structure in accordance with ISO 22745 and ISO 8000, in conjunction with the data collection standard ISO 14224.
Generated long and short descriptions for new items and assigned material to a group to match the required phase of modification before procurement activity commenced.
Created asset numbers from part numbers, generating serial numbers for easy tracking and created item recommendations (spares) & BoM according to engineering drawings
Unique Identifiers using the UKNCB guideline, part number validation using cleansing and de-duplication software with identifying equipment/component Interchangeability within the assets.
Presented weekly and monthly reports on stocktaking results and performance.
Delegated authority to staff as appropriate and encouraged them to create more efficient ways of performing routine tasks.
Managed and controlled the EVF’s (Establishment Variation Factors) of all associated material assets and was the site lead for all green field Installations.
Carried out all areas of logistical operations whilst maintaining databases in order to facilitate asset tracking, procurement management, material identification and transportation management.
Managed receipt, storage and issue of all materials, front line depots and installations
Updated Working Asset Levels (WAL) in accordance with Work Instructions and TOR’s for logistical, procurement and material operations.
Controlled and administered QA/QC checks, inspections and tests on materials, main assembly’s, fuel trains in accordance with the collaborated maintenance strategy
Provided prompt advice to senior teams where problems rose, that without counselling or resolution could result in damage to morale or discipline
Managed projects and services within a materials data management and inventory audit team environment, primarily in oil and gas.
Managed client relationships and technical aspects of projects internationally. This role included the structuring and proposing of centralised solutions for the clients materials data management needs.
Gained knowledge and experience with periodical maintenance and repair, providing generic maintenance strategies and preventative maintenance routines
