Attending managers meetings, conferences and daily and weekly conference calls when needed to help support my regions performance.
Works with the Regional Area Manager to identify the training requirements tailored to the business needs.
Conducts regular training needs analysis in order to determine the most relevant and cost effective training solutions for branch teams that will improve the individual, team knowledge, skills and in business performance.
Develop and implement training programs.
Produce training materials, manuals or documentations.
Coordinates with branch managers.
Manage training budgets.
Customize department training strategies or modules.
Prepares feedback or reports on training groups, targets and accomplishments
Produce all baked goods for the supermarket including but not limited to: artisan breads and rolls, muffins, laminated danish, laminated croissants, french sticks, doughnuts, soft and crusty rolls, cream cake and etc.
