Heavy equipment mechanic (Track)
Maintenance and repair of heavy equipments and light vehicles such as M1A1 tanks and hmmwv, handling major tune-up and routine maitenance, rebuilding components such as engine, transmission, power takeoff, starters, alternator, shocks, tracks, differentials and other minor sub assemblies as required.

Maintenance and service of M1A1, M1A2, M88, M113 Engines, transmissions, preventive maintenance checks and services (pmcs), quarterly services, semi annual services including complete tune up of commercial equipment and repair them, supervise all mechanics, mechanic helpers, tire repairs, vehicle wash facility.
Diagnose and trouble shoot malfunctions, performs organization maintenance and on board direct support tasks on the suspension system, hydraulic systems, transmission system, APU system, fire extinguisher, gasparticulate systems, turret system, fire control systems.Performs repairs and PMCS.Performs unit maintenance to correct malfunctions of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems or components.Tunes engines andreplaces repair parts and components as per technical manual.Tests and operates vehicles and equipments as required and observes for evidence of abnormal operation.Operates and assists in the operation of track vehicles in conjuction with maintenance and recovery operation.
