Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service,
administration and sales
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities

Customer Service (Operations (Sea/Air) - Import/Export)
• Managing the inflow of shipments into the respective warehouses by identifying the
appropriate carriers taking into account the type of good, cost, time, and security (Freight
Routing), Includes freight negotiations with the Shipping lines.
• Independent correspondence with the agents of different ports/country, for quotation
handling different types of jobs, such as transportation/haulage, ex-works from port to door, or
door-to-door of consignee. Providing freight rates to the agent for air and sea shipments.
• Open imports file upon receipt of inbound notification from liners and from air freight agents.
Preparing shipping instruction to the Liners for any exports FCL/LCL shipments and to
Airlines or its agent for any export, Arranging booking with shipping line and airlines..
• Monitoring shipments through arrival seaport, airport, customs clearance and final delivery.
• Establishing contact with customer to prepare required documentation for customs clearance
by air or sea.
• Follow-up with customs broker/customs agents to determine completion of customs
clearance.
• Scheduling with client and arranging transportation for delivery and confirmation of client’s
acceptance of cargo without any discrepancy.
• Contacting new principals from different countries and establishing relationship regarding
exports partnership.
• Solely manage logistical activities on Saturdays; coordinate all shipping activities and
projects; relied upon to make sound, on-the-spot decisions and ensure that shipping
objectives are achieved.
• Increase customer satisfaction and retention through the timely resolution of complex
logistical challenges.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with internal business partners and external
suppliers.
• Knowledge of transshipment shipments, loading and discharging of cargoes, vessel
scheduling
• IMCO categorized shipment handling for import, export and transshipment.
• Providing reports to management to show carrier metrics and vendor performance.
• Maintaining all shipping records and reporting.
• Minimize errors through the inspection of documentation for routine and dangerous
Goods shipments.
• Doing Accounting works and updating to accounts dept weekly regarding the money flow
• System maintenance and Troubleshooting
• Giving updates to IT department regarding the network connections and IP address setting.
• Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi Customs (Dhabi) online procedure.
Assembling of computers.
• Installation configuration and up gradation of operating systems, network printers & scanners
and software, standard Software and packages.
• Resolve troubleshoot problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware
and software, network printers, scanners and network equipment.
• Data Back up
