Responsibilities in the organization include the following -
Account Management/Client Servicing for the leading clients of above mentioned companies, for all freight forwarding needs especially on the air and sea and in import and export
Calogi & Emirsal 2 experienced and handled almost all types of Customs Clearance
Sourcing business from overseas partners across the world and seeking new partnerships
Liaising and negotiating for all shipment terms
Identifying opportunities and areas for more business volumes
Arranging BV inspection and certification for IRAQ movements
Communicate with export and import related authorities; customers and suppliers, in all territories and countries, to ensure efficient and lawful relations, support and activities.
Air & Sea Import/Export E- Clearance / Emirsal, Import & Air waybill execution.
Clearance under Standing Guarantee for Cargo to be Re-Exported. Temporary Admission Bill- Import for Re- Export, Local Import Bill.
Coordinating with operation staffs and drivers.
Coordinating with overseas agents for both inbound and outbound shipments.
Knowledge in using Shipping software- INTRA.
Monitoring Entire Operations starting from contacting the Clients/Exhibitors, understanding their cargo needs, logistics planning, until custom clearance and delivery to Site/ Exhibition centre.
Executions of Air Ensuring timely re-export of the exhibits after the Exhibitions.
Coordinating with shipping lines / Airlines, and handles shipment to & from GCC countries and all over the world.
Invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Experienced in handling all sort of cargo and acts as a trouble shooter.
Helped direct and coordinate freight activities for numerous clients, new business development and expansion activities.
FPOC of all overseas agents for Globalink and Planet Logistics Network
Direct the movement of general goods in and out of the country compliant with company policy and relevant local, country and international law and process.
Manage necessary documentation for the proficient execution of all import/ export activities.
Uphold and share with colleagues, personal knowledge of all relevant import/ export law and procedures; tariffs and duties; licenses and restrictions.
Manage financial and currency processes and transactions in line with policy and law.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation and submission of relevant documentation.
Liaise with other departments to establish and maintain effective export/import activities and support in relation to organization's sales, purchasing, materials management, production and overall operating functions.
