✓ Provide admin support services ensuring efficiency and
effectiveness within the HRD / Managing Director’s Office with
highly confidential to sensitive matter and calendar management
✓ Coordinating the message from the HRD & MD’s Office to its Sr.
Management and team as appropriate.
✓ Prepare agenda and collect materials for meetings, speeches, and
conferences; take minutes, keep records of proceedings and
upload to central repository.
✓ Receive and screen incoming calls and visitors, determining priority
matters, alerting the HRD/ MD accordingly or make referrals to
appropriate channel
✓ Business/Personal Travel arrangements: Visa arrangement, secure
flight & hotel approvals ahead of time for cost savings; securing the
airport transfers and meeting itineraries.
✓ Organize team meetings, team/company events, or customer
events, including preparation, logistics, and follow - up as needed
✓ Onboarding: Coordinate with onboarding team and receive the
items for the new joiners related to my team: Laptop + accessories,
software installation, telephone, lift/door access and parking cards;
Give a brief assistance to the new team members by coordinating
with the IT to give information about the infrastructure - company
phone, Teams, Outlook email, AFG intranet, etc.
✓ Offboarding: Raise the proper cancellation of the assets or transfers
whenever it’s possible to save the cost and coordinate it to the
offboarding and IT to process the fight actions

contractors for the Palm Jumeirah Villa Project showcasing company products and visit the showrooms
