KRA:
Delivery on sales plan agreed with management and improving productivity. Ensure adherence to Citi policies and standards. Coordinate with Innovation teams to ensure timely submission and logins of applications to meet monthly assigned targets.Pre-screened return files review & Timely fulfillment of reinstates. Handling Customer complaints and timely closure of ECCMS. Daily visit and participation in team huddles & Share daily updated MIS with Innovation. Ensure implementation of controls and adherence to policies through; Regular Sweeps, Reiteration -Sales Best practice, Do's & Don'ts & relevant policies, Inventory Control, Ensure proper hands-off to be provided with the files to SSU by Innovation.

Ensure thorough product training & adequate marketing collateral, forms, SAF, PLDFs, CIPP stamps available with Innovations (3rd Party) Ses.Review performance meeting with Innovation along with Supervisor. Maintain log/emails/communication for any miss-sell by Innovations. Ensure accuracy of Invoices, Incentives and Contest pay-outs through review and ensure timely disbursement .Target assignment & discussion with the Supervisor. Coordinate with SSU for code creation/activation/de-activation. Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team. Ensure training of new hires and coordinate on all refresher trainings organized by Citi. Ensure coordination with Innovations in terms of capacity planning to ensure target achievement.
