• Review and approve project schedules updates, cost report, Manhours and progress claims
submitted by contractors on daily Basis.
• Validate the contractors Report on Weekly PMS, Schedule, Progress Milestones,
Combined Weekly report, Monthly report, and Monthly Invoice.
• Manage Multi Disclipine activities in the EPC Projects along with the Sub-contrcator.
• Identified the delayed activities and coordinated with management and the lead engineer
for the correction action and the propossed the Ahead activities
• Develop the WBS, interface with all affected departments.
• Monitor critical path and near-critical activities, ensuring timely mitigation actions are
implemented.
• Prepare report and dashboard for the Client, including Schedule performance (SPI), Cost
performance (CPI)
• Reviewed the Baseline Schedule, Revised Schedule, EOT, VOs, and other claims.

Operations Management:
• Oversee daily operations including production, assembly, and site execution.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency.
• Supervise operations team and ensure productivity and performance.
• Ensure smooth project execution within approved timelines and budgets.
• Establish and enforce workplace safety procedures in line with local regulations.
• Jointly develop and execute partner-led sales strategies to generate new opportunities.

Projects Operation & Monitering:
• Collaborate with the Managing Director on business planning and performance evaluation.
• Review and verify project budgeting and cost estimations during sales stages.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost reduction strategies.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to management and board.
• Ensure all projects are executed as per scope, timeline, and budget.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust plans as necessary to stay on target.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including senior
management, customers, and vendors.
• Analyze project outcomes and use data to inform future project planning and execution.
• Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
• Updating the schedule of Lumpsum price (SLSP) to monitor the current budget vs. invoiced
and certified / paid amount.
• Follow the Submittal for the Method of Statement and the Material Submittal.
• Working on the Project Execution Plan PEP for the AMALA Four Season-Triple Bay.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients & consultants to ensure company is
included in future work opportunities.
• Develop S Curve and Manpower histogram and check if these are achievable.
• All sub-facilities will be further broken into disciplines like Civil, Structural, Mechanical,
Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation.
• Assign duration, resources (Manpower, Materials, and Equipments), and Budgeted Hours
for each activity based on their weight factor & quantity/volume of work. Identify Long
Lead items required in the Project.
• Reviews complex drawings to determine if the design is within the scope, applicable code
and standards.
• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning
team members to various deliverables.
• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions as per site condition.
• Develop and Implement test plans to ensure Successful Delivery of a Project.

Excellent Knowledge of IP fundamentals, configuration, DHCP, TCP/IP, Protocol
Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches,
firewalls)
Experience in Remote Control and Related Networking Protocol.
Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
