 Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting of the Network Devices like Routers, Switches and Firewalls for Customers like Toyota DAN, UNSW, NECNET, UQLD etc.
 Responsible to raise tickets based on alerts generated by HP-Ops- Bridge Manager and raising incidents via ticketing tool (Remedy) to work on critical alerts.
 Responsible for diagnosis & resolving packet drops, latency & link or node down issues.
 Monitoring the infrastructure through the HP monitoring tool (HP Ops Bridge & Manager, BSM NNMi).
 Responsible to Communicate with different departments: Adelaide NMC team, D-TAC, NECARE & DISPATCH, Windows SCCM Team, Toyota DAN (Networks) to resolve the issue or escalate on basis of issue types to maintain SLA.
 Monitor, Configure and Troubleshoot the Network devices following SLA as per Client.
 Implementation of Routing & Switching Protocol BGP, OSPF, STP’s Version (Standard STP, RSTP, PVSTP) PortFast BPDU Guard and Static/Default as Pre-& Post Configuration on routers during implementation and troubleshooting in ongoing Operations.
 Communicating and working with different ISPs for WAN issues and for any change to be implemented on WAN links.
 Opening internal and ISP tickets to track and document the resolution of problems.
 Providing reports as well as issue updates to the Team Leader and Team Manager.
 Coordination with carrier/ISP (Telstra & Optus).

Project Role:
➢ Record and classify received Incidents and undertake an immediate effort to restore a failed IT
Service as quickly as possible.
➢ Responsible for providing L1 support to manage & t-shoot customer LAN & WAN network.
➢ Resolving IP routing problems and connectivity issues with ISP and Local Users
➢ Responsible for diagnosis & resolving packet drops, latency & link or node down issues.
➢ Assign unresolved Incidents to appropriate Tier 2 Support Group.
➢ Responsible for Network management & troubleshooting of NEC Australia enterprise customers.
➢ Monitoring of servers and providing application support to users remotely.
➢ Verify resolution with users and resolve Incidents in the SMP tool.

Project Role:
➢ Troubleshooting network issues using Ping, Traceroute, CDP commands
➢ Resolving issues for Citrix & VPN access via telephonically & remotely.
➢ Verifying server & user details via desktop director tool.
➢ Checking network connectivity issues & collecting logs by using the ping utility.
➢ Granted permission to access various drives also added to security groups.
➢ Documentation of troubleshooting steps & hardware details on Ticketing Tool.

Project Role:
➢ Implementation stage to work on the project plan with various site completions.
➢ Assisting the project management, giving technical support to the onsite project.
➢ Responsible for monitoring & maintaining WAN connectivity.
➢ Monitoring Link Status UP/DOWN.
➢ Installation & Configuration of Cisco Routers & Switches by coordinating with the backend
team.

Project Role:
➢ Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line
with company guidelines or SOP (standard operating procedure).
➢ Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system tools.
➢ Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
➢ Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
