DCS and Field operation (Oil&Gas, Refinery and Petrochemicals)

Preparation of SOPs, material balance calculations, plant trouble shooting procedures, safety procedures. P&IDs, control systems, DCS. commissioning, pre-commissioning

Fluidized catalytic cracking unit (RFCC), LPG Treatment unit and Naphtha Hydro Treating unit. GS E&C - TAKREER RRE#2 Project, ABUDHABI.

Process/Production Engineer of production department to take care of entire operations of the plant from raw materials charging to product transfer to Tank farm.
Prepare daily performance summaries to monitor plant by studying laboratory test reports, standard log sheets and other daily operating activity reports.
Collect monthly plant production and operating data, evaluates unit efficiencies by relating chemicals and energy consumption and prepares reports with comments.
Production planning and scheduling.
Initiate MOC technical assurance package, Risk Analysis, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
Experience in execution of work with Work permit like hot work permit, Vessel Entry permit etc.

DCS/Panel Operation of Fluidized Catalytic cracking unit, USGP, LPG and NHT units

Plant operation in the field to maintain parameters in the specified limit.
Troubleshooting of any issues in the field.
