Area Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the Area under Control. Key areas of Responsibilities are: • Leading, recruiting and training direct reports • Effective Area Business Planning • P&L Management • Sales and Marketing Planning • Customer Service Planning
Role in the Company: -In charge of company sales to hotels mainly in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. -Occasionally involved in production operations and delivery of products to customers (International and Domestic) - Supervising the design department Accomplishments: -Acquired a new design department -Built a better supply chain to reduce costs -Increased local sales by 18% in 1 year -Increased export sales by 13% in 1 year
-Servicing new and existing elite client’s relationships in the region by providing them with the full suite of financial services and products
-Developing a business plan to acquire new client relationships as well as broadening existing client’s relationships
-Adhering to Private Banking service quality standards

-Taking Managerial decisions such as deciding the products to be imported and communicating with international companies that supply the products
-In charge of Sales in the hotel business
-Supervising deliveries
-Supervising company staff
