I m a floor Manager my job is monitor customer activity and oversee employee interactions with clients in retail stores.establishments that handle customer traffic into its facility. The typical job duties for retail floor managers include scheduling employeesg, managing inventory levels on the sales floor, and overseeing the creation of sales displays. follow up with brand manger and operation to meet the high level of KPI’s. monitoring the market checking competitors price and collection. give daily or weekly feed back. prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports and take immediate action.
Cell sites survey, site engineering.
Tower foundation, equipment room construction.
Tower installation, metallic structure for tower installation on rooftop, tent and gates supply and installation.
Installation and commissioning of distribution boards, automatic transfer switches ATS.
Telecom works: installation of coaxial cables RF and MW antennas, radio and MW equipment.
Cell sites survey, site engineering.
Tower foundation, equipment room construction.
