Main Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all fast moving spare parts and another like handle buses, lamps, wipers motors, chairs and also all spare parts for chains buses and vehicles.
• Study items stock to arrange inquiry quantities to cover shortage and also receive inquiry orders from sales department and check for any modification in order with the sales.
• Contact the foreign supplier and negotiate for price for the required quantity.
• Confirming the order after negotiation.
• Agree with the supplier with the support of logistics on the shipment method, and insurance issues.
• Agree with the Finance department on the payment method.
• Perform a market study, and thus pricing the spare parts.
• After receiving the shipment, check for any feedback from the warehouse regarding the shipment, and thus contact the supplier if required.
Major Achievements:
• Increase the turnover
• Solved a problem of dead stock, by introducing a new marketing solution to its brand, thus helped the sales selling them.
• Achieved the required target from me in minimum time.

Main Responsibilities:
• Pricing for all spare parts of commercial vehicles and construction equipments.
• Handling of all purchasing orders of spare parts of commercial vehicles and construction equipments.
• Producing price offers requested by customers and tenders.
• Check for the quality of the supplied parts and its conformity with specifications.
• Perform a half annual study for the turnover of our sector.
• Contact new suppliers and study their products concerning conformity and price, and recommend new options for logistics and purchasing departments.
• Construct and update price lists on the oracle database system.

• Managed to achieve my department’s target as a result of continuous pricing studies.
• Together with the rest of the technical office team, we helped in increasing the turnover of our sector.
• Due to the proper selection of the spare parts suppliers, we helped in increasing our product quality; consequently its reputation in the market became better, resulting in more sales.

• Training Company customers on using the devices and equipments that the company sells, like vehicle scanners(Carman scan, Carman scan light).

• Increased the awareness of our customers on the importance of using Vehicle scanners in diagnosing engine problems, and helped our sales department to achieve many successes a result.
