Responsibilities:
Ensure processes, procedures, quality and efficiency in investors design, construction and life safety are according to mall standards.
Support Leasing Department in developing investor relations, handle investor design and construction requirements, and investor’s variation requests (IVR).
Manage meetings and communications with Investors during the Fit-out project across all stages (Kick off, Design review, Handover, Construction, and Issuing of Final Construction Completion Stage).
Perform as a direct point of contact for Investors and their design professionals, consultants and shop fitters throughout the fit-out Project.
Ensure all requirements/ documentation are in place to start the Construction stage (Insurance, Induction, etc.)
Issue work permits for investor’s contractors in coordination with Operations Department.
Track project milestones and deliverables, check & deliver progress reports to top management, complete requirements of documentation at a defined frequency.
Supervise and direct the Site Superintendents, and other construction staff in coordinating and safely executing the fit-out work as per property Guidelines and fit-out timeline schedule.
Review fit-out project plans and specifications; comment on the building design, scheduling and potential construction problems in coordination with other RDD units (RDD Manager and MEP unit).
Coordinate & cooperate with Fire & Safety team to monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced all the time during the construction works.
Ensure all snags are complete and the as-built drawings are submitted by the investor, when the fit-out completion certificate is issued.
Achieved over 200 projects (the list can be provided upon request).
